We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and from there, applicable shipping times from Brisbane apply. During peak season and special occasions such as Christmas and Public Holidays there may be delays in shipping and as such we reserve the right to exceed the above guidelines on occasion. Express post is calculated via the weight of your order based on Australia Post and Courier prices.

These are the standard Shipping times according to Australia Post. We have experienced both slower and faster delivery times. The above estimations are just that: a guide of expected delivery times once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched. As expected, rural areas may experience a longer delivery time.

Australian Domestic Rates (AUD):

• For orders of $0-100, a flat rate of $10 applies for Standard Shipping
• For orders of $100 or more, (standard) shipping is FREE
• Express shipping is $18 for all order sizes

International Rates (AUD):

• 0 - 3kg = $25
  
• 3kg-5kg = $35
• 5kg and up = $45
